MID WEEK MOTIVATION.

Did you know Motivation drives you to act and move towards a goal? It’s the difference between waking up in the morning to get things done and lazing around the house all day. Motivation is a crucial element in setting and attaining one’s objective. Research shows you can influence your own levels of motivation and self -control. Motivation can be extrinsic (inspired by outside forces like mentoring, incentives, words) or intrinsic (inspired from within a person). Man has needs and motivation helps fuel the desire to achieve them. These needs include physiological, social connection, ego, and fulfillment. Physiological needs like food, shelter, and security,health are most important. However, the need for social connection and acceptance plays an important role in Man’s need. Ego is another crucial area. An individual must have confidence, status, recognition, and respect. Fulfillment comes in last. This need highlights an individual’s potentials and deepest desires. Motivation plays a big part in every one of these areas.
