The inaugural of VIU fitness took place on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in VD-102. The classes took place every week during October and November.
The essence of this program is to help the VIU community achieve and maintain their fitness goals. During the Fall 2018 the fitness classes were from 3:30 pm to 4 pm. The trainer, Aesha, a VIU student, took attendees through various cardio movements also known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Aesha also lead attendees through the Body Attack class. We are looking forward to continuing these classes during Spring 2019.
