VIU Visits the Embassy of Croatia

On the heels of Croatia’s World Cup achievements, Dr. Kovach, VIU Vice President for Academic Affairs and Ms. Fowler Corsi, Academic Affairs, visited the Embassy of Croatia in Washington, DC to discuss possible academic collaboration with universities in Croatia. This latest European embassy visit is part of VIU’s strategic summer embassy outreach designed to create new partnerships with European universities in an effort to diversity VIU’s student body. VIU currently has over 100 MOUs with international universities around the world and offers special regional scholarships to new European partner institutions.

To date, VIU’s European embassy visits include the embassies of Armenia, Georgia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland and Croatia.
