Dr. Ezewuchi Amaefule received a doctor of business administration (DBA) degree in 2009 from Argosy, Washington, DC, and MSA and BSBA in accounting in 1987 and 1985 respectively from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois. He has taught several accounting classes as an Adjunct Professor between Argosy University DC campus, Strayer University, and South University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He worked for the State of Maryland for about 19 years before retiring, working in different departments, including State Retirement and Pension Systems of MD, holding various positions from Accountant to the level of Advanced Accountant. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Amaeze Business Services, LLC, where he offers consultation, accounting, and tax services to individuals, independent contractors, partnerships and small businesses.
He has published articles, including External Costs of Oil and Gas Exploration in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria (Dissertation 2009), and Human Capital Accounting: Should employees be accounted for as assets? He has also co-authored a book, Doing Business Abroad: A handbook for Expatriates.
