Get in shape over your lunch break!
Starting next Monday, June 12th, the Wellness Works committee will be hosting fitness classes Monday through Friday from 12:30pm – 1:30pm in VD-102! Workout sessions are typically 30 minutes long, so you should still have time to eat!
Come join us for one, two, or all five days per week on your lunch break – it is up to you and your schedule. We will have a variety of different classes, ranging from yoga to aerobics taught by fitness trainers (via DVD).
