On Wednesday, September 13th, VIU hosted The Invisible Hand in Ethical Leading: Uncovering the Enablers, Barriers, and Strategies for ‘The Ethical Everyday.’

The target for the day’s round table was to get under the skin of the invisible enablers and barriers to the ‘ethical everyday’, and share strategies to embed ethical behavior in workplaces. The day’s discussion was facilitated by Professor Tony Wall, the director of the International Thriving at Work Research Group at the University of Chester in the United Kingdom.

Attendees which consisted of leadership across all sectors, gained valuable insight on the research of powerful, invisible factors in the workplace; strategies to target those invisible forces; and new leadership practices across various industries.
